This week Jason shows us how to make an Italian styled pot roast. It's a perfect weeknight meal that you can set up before work and it's ready to serve when you get home. It's almost impossible to mess up and you will want to put it in your menu rotation! Follow along and see if this becomes a family staple! We're sure it will!
Italian Pot Roast
Chuck roast (we used 2.5 lbs.)
1/2 juice & 1/2 jar of pepperoncini peppers
1 pkg. Zesty Italian dressing mix
1 can Golden Mushroom soup (or cream of mushroom soup if you prefer)
-Place roast in crockpot.
-In a separate bowl, whisk dressing mix, pepperoncini juice, and soup; pour over roast.
-Add pepperoncini on top.
-Cook on low for 8 hours.
